Pamela opened her law practice in Keene, New Hampshire in September 2011 after working for several years with Connolly Law Offices in New London, and prior to that with Baldwin and Callen, PLLC in Concord. She is a graduate of Franklin Pierce Law Center and was also a visiting student at Vermont Law School. She graduated magna cum laude from Franklin Pierce University with a B.A. in Paralegal Studies and Human Services, with a focus on elder issues. Pamela is licensed to practice law in New Hampshire and Vermont.
She advises clients of all ages, regarding wills, powers of attorney, trusts, estate planning and adult guardianships, and has administered many estates through the probate process. She enjoys working with the elderly to resolve issues, plan for future care, and estate planning. She has worked with many clients to establish start up businesses, LLC and Corporate structures, and provides continuing legal counsel on business related matters. She also represents clients in commercial and real estate transactions.
Pam is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association (Elder Law, Estate Planning and Probate Law Section; Corporation, Banking and Business Law Section; and Real Estate Section). She is also a member of the Vermont Bar Association (Elder Law Section; Probate and Trust Law Section; and Real Estate Section), and she is a member of NAELA (the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys).
Pam is also an adjunct faculty member for Franklin Pierce University and teaches a business law and ethics course for its MBA program. She enjoys wilderness and white water canoeing with her husband and sons, and lives in Cheshire County with her family.
Attorney Aaron A. Lipsky was born and raised in Keene, New Hampshire. He received his undergraduate education at the University of Chicago and Keene State College and his law degree from Boston College Law School.
Attorney Aaron A. Attorney Aaron A. Lipsky has served on the boards of a number of community organizations and has held public office. He was elected and served for ten years on the Keene City Council and was elected and served as Mayor of the City of Keene for three terms.
Donna Chase came aboard the Law Offices of Pamela P. Little, PLLC in November of 2011. She earned her Paralegal Certificate from Franklin Pierce University in 2002 and has worked in the areas of bankruptcy law, criminal law and family law before joining this firm. Donna is a native of New Hampshire and enjoys living in Cheshire County with her family.
Nancy Tomasko came aboard the Law Offices of Pamela P. Little, PLLC in January of 2012. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Keene State College in 1994 and has worked for a local school district before joining this firm. Nancy is a member of the Paralegal Association of New Hampshire. Nancy is a native of NH and enjoys living in Cheshire County with her husband and two children. She loves to spend time outdoors and traveling with her family.
Veronica Tomasko came aboard the Law Offices of Pamela P. Little, PLLC in December of 2015. Veronica is currently a senior at Keene High School and plans on attending Keene State College in the Fall of 2016. Veronica is a native of NH and enjoys reading, spending time camping, and fishing.
