Pamela opened her law practice in Keene, New Hampshire in September 2011 after working for several years with Connolly Law Offices in New London, and prior to that with Baldwin and Callen, PLLC in Concord. She is a graduate of Franklin Pierce Law Center and was also a visiting student at Vermont Law School. She graduated magna cum laude from Franklin Pierce University with a B.A. in Paralegal Studies and Human Services, with a focus on elder issues. Pamela is licensed to practice law in New Hampshire and Vermont.
She advises clients of all ages, regarding wills, powers of attorney, trusts, estate planning and guardianships, and has administered many estates through the probate process. She enjoys working with the elderly to resolve issues, plan for future care, and estate planning. She has worked with many clients to establish start up businesses, LLC and Corporate structures, and provides continuing legal counsel on business related matters. She represents clients before administrative agencies and in court. She also represents clients in commercial and real estate transactions.
Pam is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association (Elder Law, Estate Planning and Probate Law Section; Corporation, Banking and Business Law Section; and Real Estate Section). She is also a member of the Vermont Bar Association (Elder Law Section; Probate and Trust Law Section; and Real Estate Section). She is a member of the American Bar Association (Probate and Property Sections), and she is a member of NAELA (the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys).
Pam is also an adjunct faculty member for Franklin Pierce University and teaches a business law and ethics course for its MBA program. She enjoys wilderness and white water canoeing with her husband and sons, and lives in Cheshire County with her family.
Alisa G. Andrews
Alisa joined the practice as an Associate Attorney on June 1st, 2013. Her prior experience includes working for the Environmental Enforcement Division of the Vermont Agency of Natural Resources. She graduated cum laude from Vermont Law School with a J.D. and Masters of Environmental Law & Policy. During law school, Alisa also worked as a teaching and research assistant, and completed internships with the Vermont Attorney General’s Office and New Hampshire Supreme Court. She received her B.A. from Keene State College in English Literature, with concentrations in French and Political Science. Alisa is currently licensed to practice law in Vermont, and working toward New Hampshire licensure.
Alisa is a member of the Vermont Bar Association (Elder Law, Probate and Trust Law, Environmental Law and Women’s Sections) and the Estate Planning and Probate Law Sections of the New Hampshire Bar Association.
Alisa is on the Advisory Board of The Sustainability Project, a local nonprofit. She enjoys gardening and hiking, and lives in Cheshire County with her family.
Donna Chase came aboard the Law Offices of Pamela P. Little, PLLC in November of 2011. She earned her Paralegal Certificate from Franklin Pierce University in 2002 and has worked in the areas of bankruptcy law, criminal law and family law before joining this firm. Donna is a native of New Hampshire and enjoys living in Cheshire County with her family.
Nancy Tomasko came aboard the Law Offices of Pamela P. Little, PLLC in January of 2012. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Keene State College in 1994 and has worked for a local school district before joining this firm. Nancy is a native of NH and enjoys living in Cheshire County with her husband and two children. She loves to spend time outdoors and traveling with her family.
