The Law Offices of Pamela P. Little, PLLC opened in Keene, New Hampshire in 2011. Prior to that, Pamela worked as an attorney with Connolly Law Offices in New London, New Hampshire, and with Baldwin & Callen, in Concord, New Hampshire. Pam is a graduate of University of New Hampshire School of Law (formerly Franklin Pierce Law Center), and was also a visiting student at Vermont Law School. Our office assists clients in New Hampshire and Vermont.

We advise clients of all ages, from young families, middle aged folks and elders to assist them with their estate planning goals and objectives. We work with families dealing with elderly issues, such as Guardianship of Incapacitated Adults and the transition of elders needing additional care and support.

We also enjoy our clientele that are business clients. We have assisted hundreds of clients with setting up business entities such as limited liability companies, corporations and non-profits. We also provide our business clients with ongoing legal support related to their businesses.

Our team also assists clients with real estate and commercial transactions. We enjoy working with our clients that are purchasing or selling a business, and assisting with the due diligence required for those transactions We also assist clients with the sale or purchase of a home or additional properties.

About Pamela Little, Esq.

Pam is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association (Elder Law, Estate Planning and Probate Section; Corporation and Business Law Section; and Real Estate Section). She is also a member of the Vermont Bar Association (Elder Law Section; Probate and Trust Law Section; and Real Estate Section). Pam is also a member of NAELA (the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys). She is also an adjunct professor for Franklin Pierce University and teaches in the MBA Program.

 

About Robert J. Kasper, Jr. Esq. of counsel.

From 1977 to 1980, Attorney Kasper served on active duty in the U.S. Navy’s Judge Advocate General Corps. After leaving active duty, he returned to California where he was the Deputy City Attorney for the City of South San Francisco and a partner in the law firms of Mitchell, Herzog & Kasper and Kasper & Rogers. In 1990, he moved his practice to New England, working as an associate in the law firm of Kissell and Massucco in Bellows Falls, Vermont, before founding Kasper & Associates in Walpole, New Hampshire in November, 1991. Attorney Kasper retired from the U.S. Navy Reserve in December, 2004 with the rank of Captain.

Attorney Kasper focuses his practice on the areas of  advanced estate planning, including the creation of revocable living trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts and charitable remainder trusts; real estate, including 1031 exchanges, residential and commercial closings and development approval; corporate and partnership law and civil litigation.

Attorney Kasper resides with his wife, Barbara, in Walpole, New Hampshire. When he is not actively engaged in the practice of law Attorney Kasper enjoys fly fishing, shooting sports, beer and wine tasting, his black Labrador, Sebastian, and bragging about his four daughters.

 

About Paul Reyns, JD.

Paul is a graduate of Rutgers Law School in Camden, New Jersey.  He lives in New Hampshire, where he enjoys skiing, birdwatching, and other outdoor activities.

About Nancy Tomasko, Senior Paralegal.
Nancy Tomasko joined the Law Offices of Pamela P. Little, PLLC in January of 2012. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Keene State College in 1994. She is a member of the Paralegal Association of New Hampshire. Nancy has been admitted to Vermont School of Law to pursue her law degree and will be starting classes in the fall of 2017. She is a native of NH and enjoys living in Cheshire County with her husband and two children. Nancy loves to spend time outdoors, cooking and traveling with her family.
